The course is intended to develop trade unions' capacities in the areas of freedom of association, organizing and collective-bargaining strategies in MNEs and their supply chains.

Target audience

Target audience

The course is intended for trade union leaders and officials under 45 years of age responsible for multinational enterprises, collective bargaining, organizing and international labour standards. Special attention will be paid to women candidates and the gender-balanced composition of the course participants.
