Our 2016 Training Catalogue is now available!
The Centre offers short courses, academies, tailor-made learning events, comprehensive training projects, advisory services and the design and production of training material. The Training Catalogue also includes our Turin School of Development Masters’ Programmes.
Activities take place at our campus in Turin, worldwide in the field and at a distance. The Centre makes extensive use of information technology, including the Internet, social media and mobile phones to provide distance learning and tutoring services. Courses are held in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.
To ensure that its training is relevant and meets the needs of the rapidly changing world of work, the Centre´s annual training programme for 2016 has been thoroughly updated with new courses on important topics, which have seen significant recent developments, such as the adoption of the post-2015 sustainable development agenda for the United Nations system.
In addition, several existing courses have been revised to reflect key social and economic developments or to address emerging policy debates and challenges as well as new policy priorities, in line with the ILO Programme and Budget for 2016–17.
