The Centre signs a Letter of Agreement with the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights
The Centre will develop an online results-based management module for the OHCHR
An organization must ensure that it has tools for the capacity development of staff in order for results-based management to be effective.
Ensuring that staff use the planning, monitoring and reporting tools put in place by the Office in a meaningful and sustained way is a major challenge.
The capacity of OHCHR staff to apply results-based management has been improved by an initial training programme. The first round of training for all staff was a necessary investment to ensure that staff receives an induction to RBM concepts and use of the performance monitoring system.
In order to maintain these skills, update staff on changes and provide newcomers with the necessary induction, an online results-based management module, a programme manual and targeted information will be made available under this agreement.
