The international Programme on the Elimination of Child Labour, together with ITCILO, organized a workshop for approximatively 80 staff based in the field as well as in Geneva. On the last day of the workshop a market place was organized for colleagues to share their views on how to scale up efforts in order to achieve the 2016 global goal for the elimination of the worst forms of child labour. A colorful and lively debate ensued which is evident in these photos.
The International Training Centre of the ILO organized, with the European Economic and Social Committee and the International Center of Research and Information on the Public, Social and Cooperative Economy (CIERC), the first edition of the “Academy on Social and Solidarity Economy”, from 25 to 29 October 2010, in Turin. The Academy brought together the best of worldwide expertise on Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) and drew lessons from Africa, Latin America, Asia, Europe and the Arab states.
