The Liberating Structures workshop took place from 12-14 March. It was a unique opportunity for colleagues of all units to learn new knowledge sharing methodologies ("structures") to apply in work and training activities. These structures, which can be applied in everyday work processes, include techniques to improve team work, workflows and enhance participation and communication within and between units. Knowledge sharing methodologies are applied in designing learning and training activities and action-oriented brainstorming, while preserving the Centre's shared values in promotion of our common mandate.
