Arnout De Koster is the Manager of the Employers’ Activities Programme. Before coming to the Centre, he was Director of Social Affairs for the Belgian Federation of Enterprises, where he was heavily involved in lobbying, advocacy and negotiation on labour issues, employment and social protection at European, national and sectoral level. He holds a doctorate in law from the University of Leuven, Belgium, and a Master’s degree in industrial relations from the London School of Economics.
