Monica Della Bianca holds a degree in foreign languages and literature from Savoy University in Chambéry, France, and Turin University, Italy. She also has a specialist qualification in the development of international trade relationships from the Piedmont Region of Italy and the European Union.

Before joining the ILO in Turin, she spent two years coordinating promotional activities by the City of Turin. During that time, she managed relations between Turin and several French municipalities.

Monica has also been a teacher and a consultant. While working in the private sector in Italy and France, she gained expertise in translation and international trade.

She joined the Centre’s Sustainable Development and Governance Cluster in 2001. She makes the organizational arrangements for its procurement courses held in English.

Monica works in English, French, and Italian.
