Michela Ripandelli has worked for the ITC-ILO since 2005. After working for the Travel Unit and on organizing the FICSA Council, she recently joined the Employment and Skills Development Programme, where she provides administrative assistance for its training activities.

In addition, she is currently studying mediation at the University of Turin.

Michela works in English, French, Spanish and Italian.
