Tiziana Grassone holds a diploma in commercial English and French. She started working for the Centre’s travel agency in 1999.

In June 2008, she joined the Sustainable Development and Governance Cluster as an assistant on the “World Heritage at Work” Master’s course. She now assists the Programme with logistics and administration.

She works in English and French and also has a knowledge of Spanish.
