Customer Relations Management for Employers' Organizations
The Programme for Employers Activities of the ITC ILO since early 2013 invested in the development of CRM FOR EOs, a CRM software to facilitate membership data management meeting the specific needs of national and sectorial business organizations.
Through this project, we are supporting employers' organizations in installing and further customizing to take into account national and organizational specificities CRM for EOs and training all the staff of employers' organizations in using the CRM.
The aim of the project is to help in an extremely valuable and practical way, a large number of voluntary EOs to be more professional in the way they manage their membership data, their services’ offer, the reporting to governance bodies and financial management.
Since 2013 almost 50 APEX Employers' Organizations from four continents have benefited from the CRM for EOs and are using it in their daily operations. In some countries with a cascading effect the national employers' organizations has transferred CRM for EOs to affiliated sectoral organizations.
The software is now available in English, Spanish and French.
The project will be enlarged in 2016 to additional 6 countries in Latin America, Africa and the Caribbean.
