Local implementation of the CRM software continues

The local installation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software within the Employers’ Organization marks a significant step within the implementation of this customizable tool. During the local installation the entire staff of the respective Employers’ Organization is trained on the use of the software.

The Experts of the Programme for Employers’ Activities of ITC ILO with the support of the regional ACTEMP specialists as well as SYNOLIA, Palmtree / Ernst Young are facilitating the local implementation of the CRM software in the respective Employers’ Organizations around the world.

Recently the software has been successfully installed in:

  • Central America: Belize, Barbados
  • Europe: Republic of Montenegro
  • Latin America: El Salvador, Mexico, Bolivia, Chile

In Uruguay there was an interesting multiplier effect: the CRM system, initially installed in the two main National Employers Organizations, was installed and is now used by 35 Sectoral Employers’ Organisations. Similar outcomes are expected for Argentina and Chile.
