For more than 20 years the International Training Centre of the ILO and a number of academic partners led by the University of Turin and the University Institute of European Studies and in collaboration with other world-class universities have been offering a shortened version of this Master as a postgraduate course under the name “International Trade Law Post-Graduate Course”.

Blerina Pogace

Blerina Pogace holds a degree in Law from Turin University and a PhD in international comparative law and integration at Naples University. Before joining the ITC-ILO she has worked as a consultant for both the public and the private sector on administrative and European law concerning public contracts, state aid, the environment and renewable energy. Since 2006, Ms Pogace has been part of the Scientific Committee of the Master’s in Public Procurement Management for Sustainable Development as a trainer and tutor concerning legal aspects. As a Junior Programme Officer of ITC-ILO Sustainable Development and Governance Programme, Ms. Pogace works also in the field of social, economic and environmental considerations in public procurement.
