Integrated conflict-management systems aim to go beyond the mechanisms usually available to resolve disputes in enterprises/organizations. Such systems include grievance and mediation processes but go further, introducing a systematic approach to preventing, managing, and resolving conflict. During this training course, participants will become famliar with integrated conflict management systems and will receive coaching and assistance in designing their own system. The course is especially recommended for employers' and workers' representatives who wish to train together and design an integrated conflict-management system for their enterprise.
