This course will provide participants with a range of integrated approaches, tools, methodologies and real-life case studies for promoting livelihood security and employment opportunities for vulnerable groups in fragile, conflict-affected and emergency situations. The course is highly practical, as participants are guided by tutors and coaches to apply what they have learned to their specific contexts and economic sectors, to enable vulnerable groups to secure livelihoods and participate in the labour market.
Government officials, ILO social partners and development practitioners working in complex contexts (including natural disasters, armed conflicts, rapid environmental degradation and forced displacement of persons) with an interest in integrating vulnerable groups into the labour market.

This 5-week eLearning course has been designed according to a learner-centred approach in order to better involve participants and keep them motivated. It is highly interactive and engaging. Different methods have been used to make the content interesting, relevant and entertaining. The learning combines 5 live sessions (Zoom platform) with reading materials accessible on the ITC-ILO eCampus.
