Bipartite and tripartite social dialogue puts employers’ and workers' organizations in a position to regulate terms and conditions of employment and to contribute to policy-making.
There can be no effective social dialogue without strong, independent and capable social partners. The training activities of the Centre equip labour administrations, workers’ organizations and employers’ organizations with the capacity to participate fully in social dialogue.
