Employers and business organizations play an important role in improving business environments and achieving the conditions for companies to flourish. The services provided by employers’ organizations can also contribute to better business performance. Training courses under the Employers’ Activities Programme are by invitation. Additional candidates paying an appropriate fee may be accepted subject to the approval of the Secretary of the Employers’ Group of the ILO Governing Body.
