Centre awarded international quality label
The Centre has been awarded an international quality label for its e-learning course, "The integration of impact assessment in programme design for food security programmes."
The course was jointly developed with FAO in the context of a wider partnership.
The certificate was awarded on behalf of the OpenECBCheck professional community during a ceremony at Online Educa, the largest global e-learning conference for the corporate, education and public service sectors. The international certificate is the third received by the Centre in recognition of the quality of its e-learning courses, as assessed by the international e-learning community. This training activity leads participants, step by step, through the process of designing an impact assessment programme. At the end of the course, participants should be able to help their institutions to design and implement impact assessments, with a view to improving the efficiency of food security interventions, and enhancing ability to report on the results achieved.
