Enhancing the role of learning in the development landscape
The third Learning Link will take place at the Centre on 28 to 31 October.
The Learning Link is a global event that brings together representatives of development learning and training institutions and their partners to share practices, strengthen cooperation, and enhance their effectiveness in contributing to contemporary capacity development challenges.
As the winds of change transform our global landscape, development learning and training institutions are confronted with a range of new and emerging, firmly-connected capacity development challenges they address with their partners, against a background of diminishing resources. The curriculum of the 2013 Learning Link will thus develop three dimensions of ‘Sustainable Learning’: economic, social and environmental.
The Learning Link is supported by its Steering Committee, composed of GIZ, CEPEI, ADI, JICA and the ITC-ILO.
