First Academy on Decent Work in Portuguese at the ITCILO campus in Turin
The first academy on decent work for the Lusophone countries is taking place this week on the campus of the ITCILO in Turin.
The main objective of this important event is to share global thinking and the latest trends in the future of work. The Academy is an opportunity to analyse the current rapidly changing situation in the labour market and discuss solutions to the most urgent challenges.
The Academy is financed by the Institute for Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP) and by the Strategy and Planning Office of the Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security of Portugal (within the context of the ACTION/Portugal project). It further enjoys the support of the Emerging and Special Partnerships Unit of the Department of Partnerships and Field Support (PARDEV) of the ILO and of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP).
Over the entire week, close to 100 participants from all CPLP member States will work together with international speakers and specialists in lectures and thematic workshops.
