The Centre celebrates World Day Against Child Labour
This year, the events organized to celebrate World Day Against Child Labour (WDACL) and World Day for Safety and Health at Work (SafeDay) shine a spotlight on the global need to improve the safety and health of young workers and end child labour.
To mark the 2018 World Day Against Child Labour, the Centre is organizing a concert performed by the 70 young musicians and singers of the Sistema Piemontese di Cori ed Orchestre giovanili ed infantili (“Sistema”).
The concert will take place on Campus on Tuesday, 12 June 2018, and all staff and participants in training activities on Campus that day are invited to attend the event.
“Sistema” is an Italian organization founded by Claudio Abbado. It is a partner of the Venezuelan “El Sistema” project, established by José Antonio Abreu to foster social integration through musical education.
