Local Installation of CRM software in Bosnia and Herzegovina
A new round of local installations of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software has been kicked off in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina on the 23rd and 24th of June 2015. After the CRM Master User Training, which took place in May 2015 in Turin the local installation in the respective Employers Organization is the next step on the road to a successful implementation of the tool.
The participants were following the instructions of the experts from SYNOLIA and the Programme for Employers’ Activities of ITC ILO, who were supported by the two Master Users of the Union of Employers' Associations of Republika Srpska. Through a combination of presentations and exercises the experts explained to the staff of the EO how to include the tool in their day to day operations.
The CRM software consists of five modules which allow among others:
- Manage contacts (member companies, potential members, partners etc.)
- Store data on activities and services provided
- Monitor payment of membership fees etc.
- Facilitate the communication with members
In the following months the tool will be installed in other Employers Organisations.
