New milestone in the CRM project: local installations done in 18 countries!!
Master Users of the ITCILO CRM software have already been trained in 24 EOs in Africa, Asia and Latin America. In July 2014, three new local installations have been performed in Ethiopia, Zambia and Namibia – bringing the number of EOs in which the software is in operational use to 18!
The ITCILO Employers programme embarked early 2013 in an ambitious project to train and install CRM databases in Employers’ Organizations worldwide. The aim of the project is to help, in both an extremely valuable and practical way, a large number of voluntary EOs to be more professional in the way they manage their membership, their services’ offer, the reporting to governance bodies and also their finances (annual and services fees).
The project comprises different phases. A Master User Training is first organised for two persons per organization (one-week course); Local installation and training for all the staff are then performed in the different countries. The process is supported by continuous training via video tutorials and a Helpdesk.
