25–29 Mayo 2020
El curso está disponible en English

The world of work faces a range of challenges: poverty and unemployment (among young people and rural dwellers), a lack of social protection exacerbated by the global jobs crisis, and widespread inequality. Public employment programmes (PEPs), also known as public works programmes, are useful in fostering employment, complementing social-protection provisions, and contributing to active labour-market policies. This course prepares policy-makers to achieve SDGs through the effective design and implementation of PEPs.
