This workshop aims to build the capacity of procurement practitioners and project managers to assess contractual risks, develop plans to monitor the performance of suppliers, contractors and consultants, and take corrective action in line with the relevant contractual clauses and overall provisions of the applicable contract law. The course also explores the theory of claims, claims assessment and settlement.
