This module aims to provide you with a basic understanding of social dialogue - what it is, who is involved, what the benefits are, how the ILO helps and which specific bodies within the ILO play a role. It has been developed in close collaboration with the relevant technical department/programme, and requires approximately one and a half hour of learning time (30 minutes per each section).
