This Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) explores ILO Recommendation No. 205 on Employment and Decent Work for Peace and Resilience (2017), the only international normative framework providing guidance for addressing worldof-work issues in response to crisis situations including pandemics, armed conflict, natural disaster, environmental degradation, and forced displacement.
The course provides participants with information and practical knowledge about policies, approaches, tools, methodologies and case studies for the promotion of employment and decent work. These can help support crisis prevention, recovery, and the construction of sustainable peace and resilience.
