The best facilitator enables the creation of conducive environments that encourage innovative thinking and positive change. In this programme, facilitators-turned-participants experience the latest: - methodologies, - technologies, - environments and - contexts for capacity-development and learning activities. The workshop will be fully experiential and based on learning visits to innovative companies and schools who offer educational services for positive change. Each experience will explore and show case a disruptive way of doing (emotional) facilitation, from serious games to divergent learning in inside and outdoor contexts. There will be 4 learning immersive learning visits, during which participants will experience non-class learning opportunities. Before and after visits', reflection time will create the space for future application.
