In today’s rapidly changing development landscape, AI, innovation, and data-driven insights are transforming the way organizations design, deliver, and evaluate their interventions. Development professionals need future-ready skills to navigate complexity, mobilize resources, and create sustainable impact.

The Empowering Development Professionals cluster brings together four complementary certification programmes that focus on the essential skills to succeed: building communities of practice, forging partnerships, leveraging data and knowledge, and strengthening training capacities. Together, they provide a holistic learning pathway for practitioners who aspire to lead innovation and drive change in international cooperation and public service.

This cluster—offered in English and with selected courses also in French—is facilitated by an international team of experts and practitioners who combine real-world experience with interactive, practical, applied learning methods.

Completing these courses not only enhances individual competencies but also contributes to greater organizational performance, stronger partnerships, and evidence-based decision-making across the development sector.
