Il corso è disponibile in English, Français, Español, Português

This interregional America–Africa training initiative aims to strengthen the strategic and technical capacities of trade union organisations to promote the ratification, implementation and effective application of the Biological Hazards in the Workplace Convention, 2025 (No. 192) and Recommendation No. 209, within the new framework recognising occupational safety and health as a fundamental principle and right at work. . The course provides a comprehensive approach to biological risk management—including hazard identification, risk assessment, prevention, governance and social protection—through a sectoral and cross-cutting gender perspective, with particular attention to differentiated exposure and vulnerability between women and men. It culminates in the development of trade union action plans designed to advance public policy advocacy, social dialogue and collective bargaining strategies.
