Transformative Recommendations and Online Programmes for the Asian Development Bank's Capacity Development Resource Centre
Overview
Technical assistance for sustainable results. We developed a series of recommendations for the Capacity Development Resource Centre of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

The main goal: strengthen the organization’s institutional approach to creating capacity building programmes. We also developed training programmes aligned with best practices in course design and delivery.
Our advice provided insights on how to
- enhance the sustainability of training programmes;
- develop a common framework for capacity development in member countries; and
- strengthen governance processes in anticipation of a volatile market environment.
The ADB’s Capacity Development Resource Centre now features fully-online and sustainable capacity building programmes and training courses on topics like: gender equality, financial management, procurement/contract management, and project monitoring/reporting for virtual delivery.
