Diego Portugal Del Pino

Diego Portugal Del Pino is from Peru and his work focus on climate change adaptation, green works and nature-based solutions (NbS). He recently joined the International Training Centre for the ILO as an associate programme officer and before that, he was a NbS specialist for the WWF International. He has also consulted for the ILO, the French Development Agency and the FAO. His work consists of providing technical and strategic assistance that covers aspects on implementation and capacity building. He holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from James Cook University and a master's degree in Sustainable Resource Management from the Technical University of Munich.
