Initially developed for the Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP), the chatbot is now being rolled out to other organizations to enhance their advisory and member support services. 

Using Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology, the chatbot pulls verified information from official documents, ensuring consistency and accuracy while reducing the workload on EBMO staff. It operates 24/7, providing members with instant access to essential information through an easy-to-use chat interface.
