My.COOP is a comprehensive training programme on the management of agricultural co-operatives. It has been designed for current and prospective managers of agricultural co-operatives, as well as members involved in management tasks, with the aim of improving the management of their co-operatives and providing them with guidance on how to better meet members' expectations, capitalise on commercial opportunities and address social concerns. When well managed, agricultural co-operatives can help to advance sustainable development objectives relating to food security, the use of natural resources, the elimination of child labour and the creation of inclusive jobs.
This training programme for trainers is aimed at: - current and prospective managers of agricultural co-operatives, as well as members involved in management tasks (i.e. board members, directors, etc.) - organisations and individuals who provide training for agricultural co-operatives (i.e. management trainers, vocational trainers, producer organisations, etc.) This TOT is not targeted to people who are stating an agricultural cooperative for the first time.

The successful participation in phase 1 and 2 will result in a Certificate of Participation by the International Training Centre of the ILO (ITCILO). The successful conclusion of phase 3 will result in an ILO Certificate of “My.Coop Trainer”.
