The course will centre the role of Sector Skills Councils-convening social partners, validating findings, aligning training to demand (including green and digital transitions), and overseeing implementation and monitoring. Participants will use the ILO's STED and SPEED methodologies to run sector diagnostics, prioritise value chains and occupations, and translate evidence into occupational standards and practical action plans.
