This tutor-based blended certification programme provides a practical approach to design, conduct and interpret impact evaluations. It brings together researchers, evaluation experts and development practitioners in a collaborative and instructive learning environment. The course is organized in blended modality with an online component (lasting 5 weeks) and a fully immersive 1-week classroom component on ITCILO's campus.
