Presentación del curso

Digital transformation is reshaping the field of occupational safety and health (OSH), providing powerful tools to identify hazards in real time, assess and monitor risks, strengthen compliance with OSH standards, and support rapid control and mitigation strategies. This course equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to harness emerging technologies-including artificial intelligence, big data, and digital platforms-to enhance workplace safety and health outcomes. Participants will explore how digital systems streamline OSH management through dashboards, remote monitoring, automated scheduling, and other advanced tools. The programme will cover a broad range of topics, from AI-driven analytics and wearable technologies to real-time hazard detection systems that enable proactive accident and disease prevention. Through case studies and simulations, learners will discover how drones, sensors, mobile applications, and computer vision are already being deployed to monitor hazards and support swift responses. Interactive sessions, hands-on exercises, and peer learning opportunities provide a comprehensive foundation for leveraging disruptive technologies to strengthen modern OSH governance and advance workplace health and safety protection.
