Presentación del curso

WE-Check is an institutional self-assessment tool that guides organisations providing financial and business development services to self-assess the extent to which they target and serve women entrepreneurs. With the findings of the assessment, WE-Check supports organisations to develop and pilot an evidence-based action plan enabling them to improve their performance and enhance their impact and sustainability.

While the WE-Check process is driven by business support organisations, an external facilitator provides guidance and support throughout the self-assessment. The ILO trains and certifies WE-Check facilitators and equips them with a set of tools to accompany organisations completing a self-assessment and developing an action plan.

This training for WE-Check facilitators is the first step to becoming a certified WE-Check facilitator. Those who successfully complete the training will have the opportunity to join a global network of certified facilitators, who are being agents of change and contributing to bridge the gender gap in business service provision for women entrepreneurs.

¿Quiénes participan en este curso?

This course is attended by women and men interested in closing the gender gap in service provision for women entrepreneurs. They do so by becoming WE-Check facilitators and working with organisations providing a range of business support services.
