AI FORUM: Hacking AI for Organizational Impact

A Hands-On Forum Where Organizations Tackle Real AI Challenges to Drive Innovation and Transformation

3–14 novembre 2025
Le cours est disponible en English
Why This Forum?

The future of work will not be defined by AI itself, but by the questions we dare to ask about it.

Too often, AI is framed as a tool to make us faster, cheaper, more efficient. But what if the real value lies elsewhere?

  • Are we prompting AI just to get tasks done — or to uncover new ways of solving complex problems?
  • Are we using AI to reinforce the status quo — or to imagine fairer, safer, more inclusive futures?

AI is not an external force that happens to us.

It is an amplifier of human intelligence and choices.

The Forum is your chance to pause, reflect, and act. Together, we will ask:

  1. How do we want to use AI — as organizations, as communities, as societies?
  2. How do we design for safety, inclusion, and trust — not as afterthoughts, but as foundations?

Because if we don’t shape the questions, AI will shape the answers for us.

What is the AI FORUM?

The AI FORUM is not another online course or webinar series.

It is a hands-on, challenge-driven lab where organizations, teams, and individuals work on real AI challenges they bring to the table.

Over two weeks, participants will move from exploration to prototyping, working alongside peers, facilitators, and AI experts. The result: low-fidelity prototypes and strategies that can be taken forward and adapted to real contexts.

The Experience

The Forum blends structured design thinking with spaces for reflection and exchange:

  • Plenary Sessions – Big-picture talks, panels, and provocations from global AI thinkers.
  • Online Coffee Corners – Rapid dialogue exchanges focusing on key AI topics and challenges.
  • Challenge Groups – Small teams co-designing solutions to real organizational problems, guided by facilitators.
  • AI Share Fair – A showcase of practical, emerging AI applications from companies and organizations around the world.
  • AI Exhibition – An interactive space to reflect on the ethics of AI, exploring how machine vision, automation, and design choices shape our perception of reality
Challenge Tracks

Each participant can either bring their own organizational challenge or join one of the shared AI challenge tracks, such as:

  1. AI for the Learner – How do we protect learner agency while unlocking personalization?
  2. Empowering Educators – Can AI reduce workload without reducing the human role of teaching?
  3. Next-Gen Instructional Design – How can AI co-create adaptive learning journeys?
  4. Trustworthy Data & Decision Intelligence – How do we turn messy data into ethical, explainable intelligence?
  5. Bias-Free HR & Inclusive Workplaces – How can AI support fairness instead of amplifying inequity?
  6. Ethical and Responsible Innovation – What governance and dialogue ensure AI remains human-centered?
How Will I Learn?

This is not about consuming content. It’s about working through questions that matter.

The Forum follows a three-step process:

  1. Explore – Map your challenge, identify opportunities, imagine possible futures.
  2. Redefine – Translate visions into actionable, ethical, and practical solutions.
  3. Build – Prototype and test ideas that can be carried forward into your organization.

You will leave with:

  • A prototype or strategic pathway for your challenge.
  • Cross-sector partnerships for continued collaboration.
  • A renewed perspective on how AI can shape — and be shaped by — human choices.
Who Should Join?
  • Organizations seeking to explore AI adoption responsibly.
  • Teams from public, private, or social sectors ready to experiment.
  • Individuals who want to challenge their assumptions and co-create solutions with peers.
