Every methodological choice in the programme models what trainers are asked to take back to their own institutions: active learning over passive reception, technology used purposefully rather than decoratively, and a consistent focus on the learner in front of them.

What will I learn?
Participants will develop a practical, grounded understanding of how artificial intelligence can support each phase of the training cycle, from analysis and design through delivery and evaluation. They will explore the Radcliffe model for learning, map digital technologies for high- and low-tech environments, and build evaluation frameworks informed by learning analytics and the Kirkpatrick model.
