Presentazione del corso

Fundamental Rights in a Changing World of Work examines how major global shifts-climate change, AI and automation, new and evolving forms of employment, and pressures on democratic space and the rule of law-are reshaping the protection and realization of Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (FPRW) and broader human rights in the world of work. The course helps participants understand emerging risks and opportunities for rights protection, and supports more informed policy, social dialogue, and workplace action to safeguard decent work in rapidly changing contexts.
