The Global Workers’ Academy on Workers’ Education offers a blended learning experience aimed at trade union trainers and facilitators, focusing on inclusive and innovative approaches to training in response to contemporary challenges in the world of work.

Through online and face-to-face sessions, participants will gain proficiency in designing dynamic learning experiences, integrating technology into training, and addressing emerging topics in trade unionism. Upon completion, participants will join a global network of facilitators, contributing to the revitalization of trade unions through enhanced training delivery and cross-union collaboration.
