Jinah Lee

Jinah Lee is a senior HR manager with over 20 years of experience in human resources, working with diverse and multicultural teams across the ILO and other international organizations. She has served in six countries across Asia and the Pacific, the Arab States, Europe, and Latin America and the Caribbean, at headquarters, regional, and field office levels. Prior to joining the ITCILO in 2025, she led HR functions for ILO in both Asia-Pacific and Latin America-Caribbean regions, and held senior leadership roles such as Chief of HR in IRENA. She began her career in 2002 at ILO Headquarters in Geneva.

Ms Lee is deeply committed to bringing people and teams together, enabling them to thrive in complex, evolving environments. She is passionate about strengthening organizational culture, building high-performing teams, and fostering collaborative, values-driven partnerships that support resilient, future-ready, and purpose-driven institutions. She holds degrees in law, social welfare, and international cooperation from Seoul National University, Republic of Korea.
