Laura Siegrist Fouché

Laura Siegrist Fouché is Chief Operations Officer, Facilities and Internal Services (FIS) at the International Training Centre of the ILO. She has more than 20 years of experience within the United Nations system, with a career spanning operations, administration and organizational management in headquarters, regional and field settings.

Prior to joining the ITCILO in 2026, Laura served as Chief of Regional Administrative Services at the ILO Regional Office for Arab States in Beirut, where she led administrative, financial and operational services across the region. Her experience includes supporting offices and programmes operating in complex, fragile and rapidly changing environments.

Laura is particularly interested in how effective internal services, sound operational management and practical innovation can create an enabling environment for people and programmes to succeed. At the ITCILO, she brings a strong field and regional perspective to her role, with a focus on delivering responsive and sustainable services that contribute to the effective functioning of the Centre.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.
