Expression of Interest – Skills Fair on Quality Apprenticeships

The organizers of the Skills Fair on Quality Apprenticeships are searching for exhibitors to showcase their experiences and solutions during the hybrid Fair, taking place on 27, 28 and 29 February 2024, in Turin and through a Virtual Fair platform.

Has your organization developed and implemented a good practice, project or initiative to be showcased, that contributes to the development of quality apprenticeships?

Then you are the exhibitor we are looking for! This call for Expression of interest aims to select a maximum of 50 exhibitors who will be given a space during the Skills Fair to present and promote their own practices, solutions and tools.

• The selected organizations will have a dedicated hybrid exhibition space in Turin and in the Virtual Fair to showcase their solutions and achievements in advancing quality apprenticeships
• Booth exhibitors will have wide visibility at global level and the possibility to interact with a wide range of stakeholders, including social partners, government representatives, development agencies and international organizations.
• In case your submission is of particular interest for one of the event’s sessions, you will also be given an opportunity to be part of the panel of speakers.

To express your interest for exhibition space at the fair, the following criteria apply:

1. Ability to travel onsite to Turin (for physical exhibition space).
2. Ability to bring some success stories of beneficiaries, for example through a video or testimonial.
3. Willingness to share all relevant information and supporting documents.
4. The programme, project, example or initatives needs to be already in place and successful.

Particular attention will be given to organizations that can showcase examples of improvement in apprenticeships systems or programmes in the following areas:

• Apprenticeships for migrant workers
• Apprenticeships for disability and inclusion
• Apprenticeships in crisis situations
• Gender balance in apprenticeships
• Professional development of trainers and teachers
• Unionization of apprentices
• Career guidance for apprentices
• Adult apprenticeships
• New approaches for Public Private partnerships

The file should include a clear description of the programme, project, example or initative you would like to showcase, including relevant links to any material (website, videos, social media pages, etc.) and main contact person.

The deadline for applications will be 5 January, 2024, midnight GMT.
