The ITCILO’s Design Kit is a physical tool that helps teams take a human-centered approach to problem solving. Empathy and curiosity are the essence of the Design Kit—and of design thinking. Teams mix and match methods, come up with out-of-the-box ideas, and reach innovative solutions through hands-on collaboration.
In this course, in-house experts guide participants through a full design thinking workshop.
At the conclusion of the course, each participant receives a take-home Design Kit.
The topic gathers a range of methods and tools, from local media to virtual reality, to maximize the impact of development initiatives.

There is no specific application procedure for tailor-made courses. Teams match participants’ needs to training activities through joint discussions about language skills, job experience, and academic background, among other topics.
