HRDD, Social Dialogue and Living Wage Bargaining in Asia Pacific
When supply chains thrive but workers remain stuck in precarity, unions face a structural challenge and an opportunity. As Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) frameworks expand across Asia, unions can translate new employer obligations into concrete wins for workers.
This regional capacity development programme will equip union leaders to use HRDD, coordinated bargaining and sectoral wage setting to drive real gains in wages and working conditions across supply chains. Anchored in core ILO Conventions, the course builds the strategic capabilities unions need to secure fair pay, strengthen bargaining structures and enforce Decent Work where it matters most.
