The course includes 8 self-paced modules, complemented by weekly individual assignments using a selected intervention, knowledge tests, a discussion forum and weekly online webinars, 9 in total, of approximately 90 minutes. A tutor providing individual feedback will support the learning journey.

This course is delivered through distance learning and deployed on the ITCILO e-campus. It frees you from the classroom and gives you the flexibility to complete the learning modules at your own pace and to carry-through weekly assignment within your schedule.
