The online learning platforms are a scalable and customizable Learning Management System (LMS) designed to help Employers and Business Membership Organizations (EBMOs) enhance their training capabilities. 

Developed using Moodle, the platform allows EBMOs to create structured, interactive, and accessible online training programs and enter the space of online training for their members and stakeholders, thus boosting their face-to-face training offer.

With over 40 platforms implemented globally, our training ready-made solution provides a fully integrated system that includes hosting, user training, and ongoing technical support.

This tool enables EBMOs to expand their reach, attract new members, and remain competitive in the evolving business landscape.

Target Users

The platforms are specifically designed for Employers’ and Business Membership Organizations (EBMOs) to support their training initiatives. They are intended for:

  • EBMO Staff – Training managers, HR personnel, and technical teams responsible for designing and delivering training programs.
  • EBMO Training Consultants – Experts and facilitators engaged by EBMOs to develop and run training courses for members.

While the platforms are managed by EBMOs, they ultimately serve their members by providing interactive, high-quality learning experiences.

How It Works

EBMOs receive a turnkey online training solution built on Moodle, fully customized to reflect their branding and training needs. The platform is visually aligned with the organization’s identity and functionally tailored for its audience.

Once set up, EBMOs get two interactive training sessions (2 hours each) to learn core features such as course creation and user management—enabling them to start building and delivering training right away.

The package includes one year of hosting through ITCILO, ensuring stability and security while the platform is established. During this period, EBMOs also receive up to four hours of monthly technical support for troubleshooting, upgrades, and smooth operations.

This phase focuses on building the EBMO’s capacity and confidence to manage the platform independently. Through continuous guidance and support, EBMOs develop full ownership of the tool.

After the first year, ITCILO supports the transition to long-term hosting—whether on the EBMO’s own servers, with a third-party provider, or via continued cloud hosting—with all necessary technical specifications provided.

This comprehensive solution equips EBMOs to successfully launch, manage, and sustain their online training platforms.
