The centre offers training courses on realizing sustainable and sustained inclusive growth and decent work through the promotion of responsible business practices. Guided by the ILO Tripartite Declaration of Principles for Multinational enterprises and Social Policy, our courses analyse the roles of government, employers and workers organizations towards advancing social justice and decent work.

Courses focus among others on labour related human rights due diligence, the role of sustainable FDI towards more and better jobs, policy coherence for responsible business conduct (RBC), social safeguards in private investments, the realization of fundamental principles and rights at work, social auditing and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

To achieve its aim, the Turin Centre has established close partnerships with agencies across the UN system, governments, multinational enterprises, international and regional organizations.

Upon request, the Centre delivers capacity development activities – both online and face-to-face - and develops training materials on business and decent work.
