Labour disputes prevention and resolution institutions have recently been under an increasing pressure to increase their performance while operating in a context of accelerated budget pressure. The digitalization of their operation trough a digital case management system has proven useful to both increase the efficiency of their operation while reducing the cost associated with the management of disputes and accelerating labour justice. This course is designed for officials from ministries of labour and related public agencies, as well as staff from both statutory and non-statutory labour dispute prevention and resolution agencies. It is also intended for representatives of employers' and workers' organizations who are involved in the management or oversight of labour dispute processes.

The programme combines conceptual learning, practical tools, and applied institutional analysis across four main areas.

The course fee includes full board accommodation at the ITCILO campus in Turin, routine medical care, medical insurance, and internet access.

Travel costs are not included in the course fee and remain the participant's responsibility.

The fee includes full-board accommodation at the ITCILO campus in Turin, routine medical care, medical insurance and internet access. It does not cover travel costs to and from Turin, passport and visa fees, or airport taxes.

It is designed for officials and practitioners working in labour dispute prevention and resolution — in ministries of labour, related agencies, and employers' and workers' organizations involved in managing or overseeing dispute processes.

Yes. All the phases of the blended programme are part of the course. Attendance at the residential week in Turin is mandatory.
